Welcome 

The Zimbabwe National Cancer Registry (ZNCR) was established in 1985 as a result of a collaborative research agreement (CRA) between the Zimbabwean Ministry of Health and Child Care (MOHCC) and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the World Health Organisation (WHO). This followed the acknowledgement and realisation by the MOHCC and related stakeholders that cancer had become an important cause of morbidity and mortality and therefore a serious public health problem in Zimbabwe.
